These Terms and Conditions cover refunds, delivery, and copyright for services provided by AG Volumes ("we," "our," or "us"). By using our services, you agree to the terms below.
Refund Policy
If a deposit is made in error, an overpayment occurs, or an author is dissatisfied with our services, we'll issue a refund within 30 days of being notified. Please let us know promptly so we can process it without delay.
Delivery Policy
- Domestic delivery. Typically 7–10 working days after order acceptance.
- International delivery. Up to 30 days, and longer during peak periods such as festivals.
- Carrier. All products are sent via the Indian Postal Department's Registered Parcel Service.
- Lost in transit. We'll dispatch a replacement at no additional cost.
- Liability. AG Volumes isn't liable for losses resulting from delivery delays or failures.
Copyright Policy
By submitting your work to AG Volumes, you agree to the following:
- You won't publish your contribution elsewhere without AG Volumes' prior written consent, unless substantial modifications are made.
- Your submission is original work, aside from excerpts of copyrighted material used with proper authorization.
- Your submission doesn't contain libelous content and doesn't infringe on any copyright, trademark, patent, statutory, or proprietary right.
- You're responsible for the material on behalf of yourself and any co-authors, and you agree to these terms by granting AG Volumes these rights.
