This paper undertakes an examination of the fundamental elements of NEP 2020, including its educational reforms and its contribution to the transformation of India's education system in the direction of skills development. By conducting a comprehensive examination, this paper emphasizes the potential impacts of NEP 2020 in developing a framework for students equipped with skills necessary to thrive in the globalized economy of the twenty-first century.
