Abstract

The New Education Policy (NEP) 2020 issued by the Government of India was a breath of fresh air amid the mounting gloom caused by the global difficulties presented by the Covid- 19 epidemic. Many people were taken aback by the news of NEP 2020's unveiling. Numerous experts in the field of education did not anticipate the proposed shifts from NEP 2020. This article primarily focuses on NEP 2020 and its influence on Higher Education; nevertheless, the policy has had an equal impact on both K-12 and higher education. This report also provides a summary of the key aspects of NEP and an analysis of how they influence the current educational system.
